Congress has less than 3 weeks to agree on a spending bill, or the federal government faces yet another shutdown.

The President says he doesn’t think there will be a shutdown, but he won’t promise anything.

And as Democrats and Republicans and the President dig in over impeachment, Trevor Shirley reports on efforts to set aside the rancor long enough to agree on a compromise spending bill to keep the government running.
