It startedat about 1:30 this afternoon when the teenager was fishing on the pier at Sunset Point. Police say the wind may have blown the teen’s hat into the lake. They say the teen jumped into the water to try to retrieve it but went under the surface. They say when they arrived at the scene, they rescued a man who was also in the water and was using an ice chest to stay afloat.  They say the man had jumped into the lake to try to save the teenager.
