NEW ORLEANS, La. (WGNO) – Lyrica Baroque is a dynamic New Orleans based chamber ensemble specializing in the fusion of chamber music and opera. The ensemble features extraordinary talent, including Sarah Jane McMahon, soprano; Joseph Meyer, violin; Jaren Atherholt, oboe; Benjamin Atherholt, bassoon; Daniel Lelchuk, cello; and Angela Park, piano. Lyrica Baroque is proud to present Baroque and Beyond, an exciting program of operatic arias from the Baroque as well as Mozart’s famous “Deh vieni, non tardar” from the Marriage of Figaro and his stunning Piano Trio in G Major, K. 496. Lyrica Baroque brings elegance, sophistication, and drama to the concert hall, creating a unique classical music experience not to be missed.
