NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – The alleged butt patting case is officially closed and Saints defensive end Cam Jordan has come out on top.

District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro will not pursue charges against the player. Jordan was accused of patting a woman on the butt at a Warehouse District nightclub in September. When the woman’s boyfriend confronted Jordan in the bathroom, the victim told police Jordan picked him up while others took photos.

Jordan’s attorney, Brian Capitelli confirmed Friday that the incident was dropped.

The NOPD closed their initial investigation earlier this month, without recommending charges.
