NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) -- New Orleans police say a robber bailed on his heist when his victims threatened to call police.  The case is the latest on the Wheel of Justice.

It happened last Thursday, December 15, at 6:20 in the evening at the Washington Discount store in the 3300 block of South Broad Street.

According to police, the masked man entered the business and aimed a revolver at workers.

Security camera footage shows the whole crime.

The man is seen aiming the gun at one employee, then another, and then back in the initial direction.

According to police, the workers scattered and one yelled to the other to call 911.  That's when the robber bolted.  Click on the video button above to see the entire crime.  We had to slow it down because it only lasted about ten seconds in real-time.
