She won't enjoy any sort of dynasty with the disco ball trophy on Dancing With The Stars, but Sadie Robertson dazzled the judges and viewers to claim second place on the hit ABC show.
17-year-old Robertson hails from the same family name of Duck Dynasty fame. On the final night, she received a perfect score on her final dance; but so did the competition.
The judges poured compliments on Robertson who shares a geographical connection with her professional dancing partner.
"I'm originally from Texas. She's from Louisiana. My grandfather is from Rayville, Louisiana, so we kind of have the Southern thing as well," said Robertson's dance partner, Mark Ballas.
The success of Duck Dynasty has led to a wide variety of show-related business including a crew cruise, Robertson Christmas album, and family greeting cards. Fans of the show support the family's sometimes outspoken Christian beliefs which have also caused some controversy.
But if prayer is good for the Robertsons, it's also good for other DWTS contestants. This year's contest was won by actor Alfonso Ribeiro.
"We pray before every performance," Ribeiro told WGNO.
