Coast Guard Captain Peter Gautier says the tug and barge burning in Bayou Perot hit a liquified natural gas pipeline that runs 19 miles between valves.  The fire broke out at 7:00 pm Tuesday night and burned through Wednesday morning.  The barge was carrying crude oil.  4 people were on board and all were able to evacuate.  One was sent to West Jefferson Medical Center, but has since been transferred to the burn center in Baton Rouge.  The Coast Guard has deployed oil skimmers and already has boom on site.  10,000 more feet of boom is arriving Wednesday morning.
