Around the world, more than one million people in 80 countries are reading aloud.  The reason is to show the planet that literacy belongs to everybody.  It’s World Read Aloud Day.  And it’s celebrated every year the first Wednesday in March.  In New Orleans, Wild Bill Wood bumped into a Mardi Gras worthy book party at Garden District Book Shop.
