Juiced vegetables are loaded with health benefits, but the juicing process can be time-consuming. Fortunately, for those who aren’t going to juice their own veggies, there are plenty of options on shelves. But not all of these green drinks are nutrient-packed as they seem, with some packing in more than a day’s worth of sugar and more calories than a Krispy Kreme donut! In today’s Love it, Like it, Hate it, Molly is Giving us the Skinny on the best and worst of store-bought green drinks!
