Summertime Primavera Pasta
- 1 lb. cooked pasta
- 4 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
- 4 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil chopped finely
- 2 oz. pimentos
- 8 oz. cherry tomatoes finely cut
- 20 basil leaves torn fine
- ½ onion sliced thin
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 oz. capers washed and drained
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
After cooking pasta, set aside. In a mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients together and serve over pasta!!!!
