Summertime Primavera Pasta


  • 1 lb. cooked pasta
  • 4 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz. sun dried tomatoes in oil chopped finely
  • 2 oz. pimentos
  • 8 oz. cherry tomatoes finely cut
  • 20 basil leaves torn fine
  • ½ onion sliced thin
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 oz. capers washed and drained
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil


After cooking pasta, set aside.  In a mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients together and serve over pasta!!!!
