NEW ORLEANS -- Stephanie Joseph from the Audubon Zoo stopped by Good Morning New Orleans Friday to talk about upcoming events at the zoo. And she brought a cool friend!

The snake you see in the video is called a Children's python, an Australian snake named after the John Children, who discovered the species.

Upcoming events at the zoo include the Summer of Sustainability Dinner and Scales and Ales.
