NEW ORLEANS -- As hundreds of thousands of Jazz Fest goers descend upon the New Orleans Fairgrounds this weekend, they all know that the food is just as important as the music.

The crawfish strudel, the crawfish Monica, the Cuban sandwich, the cracklin, the white chocolate bread pudding ... the list goes on and on, and on and on.
