Hawaiian Aioli


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh green onions chopped
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • one teaspoon garlic chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Two tablespoons coconut milk
  • salt and ground pepper and cayenne pepper to taste


  • In  a small bowl place mayonnaise, finely grated lime zest, 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, pineapple, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, minced garlic, cilantro, teriyaki, garlic chili sauce, fresh ginger, coconut milk, green onions, and paprika.  Season with  salt and ground pepper and cayenne.  Stir to combine.
