NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – If you think your pothole is big, check out this one.

This is the “lake” in Mid-City off of South Solomon. A pothole about 20 feet away from this one been featured as a Pothole of the Day twice – once in 2015 and again in July of this year. Looks like the city hasn’t quite gotten around to this street yet.

Josh Kahn, a neighbor of the pothole, calls it Lake Solomon. It’s deep enough for Kahn and his landlord to float a boat.

“Thanks for trying to shame the city into fixing the streets, but, as is apparent here, the city has no shame,” Kahn says.
