NOPD: Theft suspect sought in incident on Touro Street

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – An unknown black man was captured on surveillance video stealing projector lights from a residence in the 3000 block of Touro Street on October 13th. The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying the person responsible.

At about 10 a.m., surveillance cameras captured an unknown black man on a bicycle in front of the victim’s residence. He then got off of his bicycle, entered the victim’s front yard and took possession of the victim’s projector lights before fleeing the scene.
