NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Anne Cutler is giving us the low-down on fairs, festivals, and events happening this weekend.

The Bulldog Bar and Louisiana SPCA present the 7th annual "Nola On Tap" beer fest. This Saturday, experience the largest beer fest in the region! Come for more than 400 local, national and home-brewed beers, stay for live music and games! The event is held in City Park and of course, it's dog-friendly!

Also on Saturday, the "Historic New Orleans Collection" will be one of 25 Louisiana museums participating in the Smithsonian's "Museum Day!" This means free admission and guided tours to anyone who downloads an online ticket. Check out their website for more info!

Raise awareness for ALS at the sixth annual "Gleason Gras!" This fest will feature entertainment by the 610 Stompers, live painting by French, and starts with what they call "the world's longest" 5-k run! Tickets are available online.

Get ready for greasy fingers at the inaugural Fried Chicken Fest! It will be jam-packed with music, contests and of course finger lickin' fried chicken, from more than twenty local restaurants. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Liberty's Kitchen and Cafe Reconcile
