NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Anne Cutler is giving us the low-down on fairs, festivals, and events happening this weekend.

Saturday morning, 10,000 participants are expected at New Orleans first African American Male Wellness Walk. Show your support by wearing green and raising awareness for preventable diseases. The initiative is free and open to the public.

Saturday night, Eiffel Society is showing off the furriest of runway models. Animal lovers come support the Humane Society of Louisiana. But if dogs in dresses aren't enough, our own Kenny Lopez will be a guest judge! Tickets are available online or at the door.

Also, this weekend is the Third Annual Irish Fest! Located at the Kingsley house, the festival will celebrate Irish culture, cuisine, music, and dancing. Head to their website for more info.
