Glimpses of City Park, Huey P. Long bridge appear in new Halle Berry movie trailer

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) –┬áTake one look at the trailer for Halle Berry’s upcoming thriller “Kidnap,” and you’ll quickly be able to tell that it was shot in and around New Orleans.

The movie is set to be released in December. It’s the story of a mother who goes to great lengths to find her child after he’s kidnapped. Lew Temple is co-starring in the film.

The trailer starts at New Orleans City Park and even shows the entrance to the Stanley Ray Playground.

After her son is kidnapped from the park, the trailer later shows Berry driving backwards on the Huey P. Long Bridge, in addition to other scenes that appear to have been filmed locally.
