The New Orleans Oyster Festival organizers want to educate the country about the benefits of the Louisiana Gulf Oyster, along with honor and celebrate the restaurateurs and oyster farmers who have solidified the New Orleans French Quarter’s position as the “Oyster Capital of America.”

Admission is free, but VIP One-Day and Weekend Passes are on sale for $75 and $125. For more information on tickets, click here.

A portion of the proceeds goes to the Ora Estuaries: OysterBreak, and the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation: Artifical Reef Program & Planting Oyster Shell on Public Reefs.

See you at the festival!
