MANDEVILLE, La. (WGNO) – Mandeville is getting its first Whole Foods Market.

The company announced Wednesday that a 40,000-square-foot store will open in Premier Centre at 3450 Highway 190.

It’s the first Whole Foods in Mandeville and the sixth in Louisiana.

“We are so excited to bring America’s healthiest grocery store to Mandeville,” said Damen Williams, the store’s team leader. “This store will have an incredible selection of the highest quality natural and organic products available and will be a foodie destination for the Northshore community.”

Applications for store positions are being accepted now at wholefoodsmarket.com/careers through Sunday, April 3. The store will employ approximately 80 to 100 team members.
