The Catholic Foundation launched its first-ever day of giving with the #iGiveCatholic Campaign today.  We had Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and now today is Giving Tuesday.

After you've shopped 'til you've dropped, Giving Tuesday was created to help people in need.  The campaign is keeping your donations local.  You can also pick from 161 organizations that the #iGiveCatholic campaign supports.  The campaign's day of giving began at midnight on the morning of December 1st and lasts for exactly 24 hours.  They are hoping to raise $500,000.

To donate, please visit #iGiveCatholic's website.

To find out more about the campaign, please visit the Archdiocese of New Orleans' website.
