Trey Quinn was one of the headliners in LSU's 2014 signing class.

But his season didn't pan out.

After the season, Quinn got contact lenses. Head coach Les Miles said LSU didn't know Quinn had vision problems.

"We kind of came of age to that late, not certainly during last season at all. I think it has become awfully important to him, and that seems to make a difference," Miles said. "We have asked questions and tried to get come prying answers, but sometimes a guy has to say 'I didn't quite see that one' and no one wants to say that."

After the Alabama game, Quinn had zero catches against Arkansas and Notre Dame and only one against Texas A&M.
