Another high school football team has had its season canceled over hazing.

The field will be empty at Central Bucks West High School in Doylestown, Pennsylvania Friday night during what was supposed to be the homecoming game.

The school district’s superintendent says new players on the varsity and junior varsity teams were hazed.

He described the initiations as “humiliating and inappropriate.” In at least one case, he says a new player would be required to grab another player’s “private parts” while they were fully clothed.

The coaching staff has been suspended, and the superintendent says the investigation is ongoing.
