Man Fined for Pretending to be a Ghost

146768112(WGNO) – An English man has been fined about $125 for pretending to be a ghost and scare a guest at a cemetery.

According to The Guardian, Anthony Stallard had been out drinking with friends when they went to Kingston cemetery in Portsmouth and began to play football.

A police spokesman said a witness told them Stallard was very rowdy and at one point threw his arms in the air and said “woooo!”

The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to using behavior likely to cause distress.

Stallard, of Southsea, Hampshire, was fined £35 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £20 in costs.
