Wednesday’s Wheel of Justice report begins with a third suspect named in the Bonnabel Blvd. carjacking from Saturday night.  He’s identified as 17-year-old Lyndell Mays.  Jefferson Parish deputies say they found Mays’ fingerprints on the car that was stolen.  A second suspect, 18-year-old Hendrick Porter, also remains on the loose.  The third suspect connected to the case, Antonio Marcelin, was arrested earlier in the week.

Wednesday’s report also included the latest success story!  Federal prosecutors say a Mississippi man named Dwayne Hupp pleaded guilty to committing four bank robberies in New Orleans.  We profile the case last September in the days leading up to Hupp’s arrest.  So far, more than 225 people have landed behind bars after their cases were profiled on the Wheel of Justice.

Wednesday’s report also included surveillance video of three people accused of beating up a man in the Faubourg Marigny neighborhood and taking his valuables.  The attack happened in the early morning hours of July 21 in the 600 block of Mandeville Street.

Also, we showed you the small memorial that marks the spot where 19-year-old Wesley Pipkin was killed Wednesday morning.  Police found him shot to death in the 2000 block of Pauger Street.
