Louisiana SPCA Hosting Kitty Clearance Sale This Weekend

462076943NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Thinking about adopting a kitty? You might want to weekend. The Louisiana SPCA is having a cat clearance sale.

The adoption fees will be eliminated for cats 1 year and older. And adoption fees for kittens under 1 years old will be reduced from $80 to $25.

The Louisiana SPCA said they have more than 180 cats and newborn kittens that need good homes.

Regular adoption procedures will apply and include spay/neuter surgery, microchip, vaccinations, bag of food, New Orleans rabies tag and license; valued at more than $400.

The clearance sale runs Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Sunday the shelter doesn’t open until noon.

Louisiana SPCA is located at 1700 Mardi Gras Blvd.
