Monday’s Wheel of Justice report begins with the search for a killer in St John the Baptist Parish.  Deputies want to know who shot a man in the head and left his body in a ditch.  The victim was found Monday morning at about 8:30 near the intersection of Main Street and Farm Road in Laplace.

Monday’s report also included a murder investigation in Algiers.  New Orleans police say they found the body of a 23-year-old man in a grassy area between an apartment complex and a canal.  They were on the scene at about 6:30 Monday morning and say the victim had been shot multiple times.

Finally, Monday’s report included the search for a man named Everis “Nugget” Hilton.  The NOPD says Hilton and two accomplices robbed a man who was walking in the 600 block of Third Street on June 11th.  They say the other two people accused in the case were already arrested.  Hilton is believed to frequent the River Gardens community.
