Monday’s Wheel of Justice report begins with a mystery in New Orleans East.  Police say a woman’s body was found in a secluded area of Michoud Blvd. near I-10.  Police say contractors were working in the area and made the discovery.  The woman had been shot and partially burned.  As of Monday night, investigators had not released the identity of the victim.

Monday’s Wheel of Justice report also included the search for whoever killed a 21-year-old man in St Charles Parish.  Deputies there say a man named Richard Bailey was found on Kennedy Street in St. Rose.  He’d been shot.

Finally, Monday’s report also included the search by the NOPD to find a man only known as Freeze.  Police say he is a person of interest in a double shooting.  They say he may know something about whoever shot two teenagers who were sitting in a car in the 1100 block of Treme Street on June 21st.
