Wednesday’s Wheel of Justice report includes the search for whoever opened fire on a man in Algiers that same evening.  It happened a little after 5:00 in the 1700 block of General Degaulle Drive near a bus stop, car wash, and snowball stand.  At last word, the victim was at an area hospital in critical condition.

Wednesday’s report also included the search for a man named Leo Earl Dixon.  He’s accused of offering to walk with a woman he met at a French Quarter bar then raping her in the 300 block of Decatur Street.  Click on the video button above to see a photo of Dixon.

Also in the latest Wheel of Justice report, Jefferson Parish deputies continue their search for whoever set a deadly fire at an apartment on Harvard Avenue in Metairie.  Deputies say the fire was set in the stairwell leading to the apartment, trapping four people inside.  Thee of them died; a fourth was able to jump from a second floor window.  The reward in this case now stands at $5,000.
