A three and a half month long investigation into the mysterious disappearance of Lakeitha and Kenneth Joseph nets two arrests.

New Orleans police say 25 year old Brittany Martin and 37 year old Horatio Johnson are responsible for killing the Reserve couple then dumping their tied up, weighted down bodies into the Intracoastal Waterway.

The two suspects turned themselves in and were being held in the St. John Parish Jail until being transferred to Orleans parish Prison.

Martin and Johnson will each be charge with two counts of 2nd degree murder.

A press conference with more detail is expected Thursday.
