Lunchtime Laughs: Monks Breakdance in Honor of Beastie Boys’ Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – It’s time for your lunchtime laughs. Some monks in New York took their spirituality to the dance floor.

These are not your average monks. They’re actually professional breakdancers.

Their Youtube page says they were inspired to do this performance to honor MCA day, which remembers the life of Beastie Boys Adam Yauch.

MCA was also a big supporter of Buddhism.
