Plaquemines Parish deputies are working the Coast Guard and other agencies to find the missing crew member of a Ukrainian freighter.  The man was reported missing last Friday night.  Deputies executed a search warrant on the ship and found — what they call — a blood-like substance on the boat as well as on the clothing of two crew members.  DNA tests should be complete within a few days.  Deputies say the Coast Guard could require the freighter remain docked until the investigation is complete.

Monday’s Wheel of Justice report also included the search for a murder suspect.  Jefferson Parish deputies say Devin Bonilla shot a man at The Edge bar on Lapalco Boulevard in Harvey on Saturday.  According to deputies, Bonilla was seen leaving the area in a black, four-door Ford F-150 pickup truck with the Louisiana license plate B850460.
