Dabney scores 31, but Wave falls to Colgate

One team it shot well, the other better. And, that team was Colgate.

The Raiders shot 65.4 percent from the field and made 17 three point shots on the way to a 98-86 win over Tulane Tuesday night at Devlin Fieldhouse. The win by Colgate spoiled a 31 point effort from Tulane guard Lou Dabney. The 31 points for Dabney was a career high.

Tulane shot 50 percent from the field.

Colgate jumped to an early 12-2 lead and never trailed after that. Jonathan Stark scored 24 for the Green Wave, who lost their second straight game after opening the season with 4 consecutive wins.
