Three Murders In Three Parishes Make Monday’s Wheel Of Justice Report

Monday’s Wheel of Justice report kicked-off with a murder in Central City.  It happened that afternoon at the corner of Josephine and Lasalle streets.  Police say the victim was 31-years-old but were waiting to contact his relatives before releasing his name.  According to police, the man was driving a car when someone opened fire on him.

Also Monday, the Wheel of Justice profiled a Sunday night murder in St Charles Parish.  Deputies say they found Ramal Ellis, shot to death, at about 9:15 behind a church on Third Street in St Rose.

Finally, Monday’s report included a murder in St John Parish.  Around 7:45 Sunday night, deputies found a man name Cardell Cosey shot in the chest in the 200 block of East 13th Street.  He died at the scene.
