Also on Monday’s report, police are investigating a possible hate crime in the Warehouse District.  The NOPD released security camera footage that shows a white minivan arrive at a residential building in the 600 block of Julia Street.  According to police, the driver used a ladder to steal a rainbow flag from a second floor balcony.  Police also say the man spray painted an offensive statement regarding homosexuality on the shutters at the entry way of the building.
