St Charles Courthouse To Reopen Following Toothpaste Terror Scare

The St Charles Parish courthouse will reopen Tuesday following a toothpaste terror scare.

The building was shutdown Monday afternoon after a courthouse worker opened a letter with a white, flakey substance.

Turns out, it was toothpaste that was apparently used to seal the letter.
