Wednesday’s Wheel of Justice report included the arrests of two suspects in an ongoing crime problem that WGNO News first profiled in August 2013.  Jefferson Parish deputies announced Ervin Carter and Woodrow Martin were behind bars for a robbery at the Advance Auto Parts store at 7150 West Bank Expressway in July of 2012.  WGNO News profiled a series of armed robberies last summer at several auto parts stores.  Carter and Martin are also accused of robbing Radio Shack stores in Metairie.

Wednesday’s Wheel of Justice report also included the search for a 20-year-old robbery suspect named Edward Green.  According to New Orleans police, Green robbed a group of people in the 52-hundred block of Colisieum on July 5th.  Police say they were able to track him down because he used one of the phones he stole in the robbery.  Police also say they searched Green’s home and found stolen merchandise as well as a handgun but he was nowhere to be found.

If you know where Edward Green is, call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
