From across America, 13,000 men and women from the garbage and recycling industry are gathering in New Orleans.  It’s their annual convention.  It’s Waste Expo 2013.  The latest and greatest in keeping the country clean.  What do they do with the 250-million tons of trash the rest of us create.  Wild Bill Wood finds out that it’s a down and dirty business.
