The U.S. Attorney’s office in New Orleans is bringing charges against a man identified as a former agent for New Orleans Saint lineman Frank Warren.

According to documents in the case, Benjamin Geller helped Warren establish a trust for his family.

Money in the trust included a $1 million life insurance policy that was paid after Warren’s death in 2002.

The Bill of Information in the case claims Geller used more than $500,000 dollars of the trust’s money for personal use including trips and entertainment.
