Terrebonne Parish Could Outlaw Low Pants

Terrebonne Parish leaders are considering the creation of a new ordinance that would fine anyone who wears their pants below their waist.

The measure would make it illegal to wear pants in a fashion that exposes skin or underwear.

Lafourche Parish already has a similar law in place and has issued 45 tickets in the past five years.
