Police say Vandal Tagged Historic Building

An accused vandal on the North Shore is facing a felony charge.

Covington Police say he defaced an historic building.

Christopher Anderson is accused of spray painting the “tap room” at Columbia and Lockwood streets.

Officers say they found Anderson sleeping in his car with two crates of spray paint.

They say they were initially tipped off when he handed them an id smeared with paint.
