Hornets complete comeback with win over Houston

New Orleans outscored Houston 29-10 in the fourth quarter on the way to an 88-79 win over the Rockets Wednesday night at New Orleans Arena.

New Orleans went on a 22-2 run in the second half, fueled by 15 fourth quarter points from Roger Mason Jr. Mason, Greivis Vasquez, and Jason Smith all scored 17 points for the Hornets as New Orleans won its third game in a row.

The winning streak is the longest for the Hornets all season.

New Orleans won despite Ryan Anderson going scoreless. Anderson was 0-7 from the field, and 0-4 from beyond the three point line.

Houston’s James Harden scored 25 points, but only three in the fourth quarter.

The Hornets host Minnesota Friday night.
