Man Accused of Shooting Dat Dog Manager Arrested

New Orleans Police say the suspect in the attempted armed robbery and shooting of a manager at Dat Dog restaurant was arrested in Kenner Wednesday.

Nathaniel Jones is accused of trying to rob the Freret Street business Monday.

Officers say Jones shot the manager who refused to give him cash.

The manager was treated for non-life threatening injuries at University Hospital.

Jones has been moved from Kenner and booked at central lockupĀ  in New Orleans.
