Cat Landrum

Hi. I’m Cat. I was born and raised in South Mississippi and I now live in New Orleans. I have a passion for the arts and I am proud to be a Southern girl. My favorite thing about living in New Orleans is always having something fun to do and good to eat. On the weekends, I can usually be found out and about or at local festivals. I’m a huge fan of jazz music, football (Who Dat) and a Bloody Mary with breakfast. And I love to party in the Crescent City!

On Friday and Saturday nights you can find me … somewhere on Frenchmen or at a local festival.

I’m known around the newsroom for… “making us look good”

An important lesson I’ve learned … don’t eat fried oyster poboys before a yoga class.

I give back to my community by … squeezing in as many public events as possible on the weekends.

If I had the time I’d Like to … learn French so I can know how to properly pronounce everything around here and then never use it.

My worst date went like this … my date hid a bottle of vodka in my purse when i wasn’t looking then took me to see Jackass 2 where he drank through the whole movie and I had to drive us home!
