Suspects sought for carjacking Tulane student overnight

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - The NOPD is looking for three suspects wanted for an early morning carjacking at the corner of Nashville Street and South Claiborne.

According to NOPD, about 1:50 a.m. the victim was stopped at the red light at the intersection of Nashville and South Claiborne avenues, when she was rear-ended by a gray four-door vehicle.

The car was occupied by three unknown black males. Two of the suspects exited the vehicle, spoke with the victim for a moment and begged her not to call the police.
