Fritz said Tulane has mentally tough players, but need more

Tulane head coach Willie Fritz says with 6 games to play in the 2016 season, his team must find more mental toughness.

Tulane, 3-3, but 0-2 in the American Athletic Conference, plays at Tulsa Saturday at 2:45 pm. Fritz said his team has to find a way to win in close games.

Tulane fell to Memphis Friday night. Tulane is 20th in the nation in total defense allowing only 324 yards a game. But, the Wave is 114th in total offense, at 343.7 yards per game.
