Help catch a suspect with a sweet tooth and fake money

SLIDELL, LA (WGNO) -- Slidell police are hoping to solve a case that's nearly a year old.  It's also the latest case to roll on the Wheel of Justice.

The crime happened on December 3, 2015 at a store in the North Shore Square mall.  According to police, a man walked into a store and made a purchase with counterfeit money.

The store was Louise's Sugar and Spice, a bakery that is known for its cookies and cakes.

Police provided a couple of surveillance photos of the suspect in the case.  They're hoping someone recognized him or can provide other information that could help identify him.
