NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)- ‘Tis the season for haunts and scares right?

Not for some people in Canada or California!

A Canadian Home Depot had to pull the Halloween decoration “Scary Peeper Creeper,” from its shelves after some found it offensive.

They say the hooded man peering through a window made light of voyeurism.

The “Scary Peeper Creeper” is still available in Home Depots in the U.S.

In California, the popular Knott’s Berry Farm’s Halloween attraction, Knott’s Scary Farm is taking some heat over what some call an offensive haunted house.

The haunted house in question is a virtual reality mental institution.

The main story line of the haunted house is about a possessed mental health patient running around.

Some mental health advocates say it is insensitive to mental health patients.

Knott’s Berry Farm has shutdown the controversial haunted house.
