SLIDELL, La. (WGNO) – A 73-year-old Slidell man is accused of having more than 31 terabytes (that’s more than 31,000 gigabytes) of child pornography at his home.
According to State Police, detectives began investigating Lanier Lively in April after they learned he was sharing explicit pornographic files involving juveniles on the Internet.
State Police and U.S. Homeland Security investigators searched Lively’s home Monday and found 23 electronic devices storing more than 31 terabytes of suspected child pornography.
Lively was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on 500 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.
