Look for another round of scattered showers and storms for your Labor Day Monday as ample moisture from the Gulf of Mexico continues to stream north into Louisiana and Mississippi. Have the umbrella handy as rain chances are about 60% for Monday. By Tuesday, that drops to 40% and even further to 20% for Wednesday into the end of the week. High temperatures will stay in the lower 90s for the first full week of September so even though Labor Day is the unofficial end of summer, it doesn't appear that Mother Nature is going to be playing along. Next weekend the rain chances slowly start to rise with highs in the low 90s continuing as well.
